Turn order is Alice, Bob, Cara, Dan. It is Alice's turn. Each player controls one Solemn Simulacrum. Alice's Wrath of God destroys all four. There are no other relevant triggers or responses. In what order can they draw?
Dan's death trigger resolves first, then Cara's, Bob's, and Alice's, if everyone passes and chooses to draw. Triggers are put onto the stack in active-player, nonactive-player (APNAP) order and resolve in the opposite order.
Within the applicable APNAP batch, a player orders their own simultaneous triggers. That does not let them place a trigger above a later player's trigger in this example.
APNAP begins with the player whose turn it is, not whoever cast the removal spell. Changing the active player changes the stack order.
